Implement Blackhat Accessibility for blind

I am a blind British Army veterans and I love this forum as much as other member do. I visit here every single day and learnt lots. I mainly use this forum on my iPhone and iPad. The whole site displays on both device very well but does not really give great accessibility experience. Admin please can this be looked at when comes to next development? Thank you
