Impact radius affiliate program identity verification

Has anyone ever had their account on impact radius paused and payments put on hold or they request that you do an identity verification? And then the identity verification they ask a lot of questions? Is there a simple or easy way around this? The problem I have here is that the account is 10+ years old and the employee who created it has left the company several years ago. And they’re asking for identity verification, which is proving to be almost impossible as the former employee is unreachable even though he’s the named contact in the account. Can I change it to my own name or anybody else in the company‘s name? Is there anyone I can simply pay to resolve this for me? Any recommendations or suggestions?

Which affiliate network is that? You can ask support for it or if you have affiliate managers assigned to you.

I have being with Impact Radius for quite sometime and it's normal to me.
Are you advertiser or publisher?

Publisher. But how can I send details of a person who left the company 5+ years ago?

Reach out to the customer support, I'm sure they can help you. I've done verification with Impact Radius, but it was my own account. The customer support there is really nice, they will work something out.
