Impact of Interlink Anchor Text

Hi Friends,

Do the anchor text keyword interlinks affects our website ranking?

EX : Am having one insurance product lets take "Two wheeler Insurance" based website and am getting interlinks from all sub webpages

BUt In all pages am giving only interlink anchor text as "two wheeler"

Do it affect ranking or improve ????
What will be be scenario????
Can someone explain???

You can be more aggressive with your internal links anchors, but don't always interlink with the same anchor.
Try to keep it naturally, random target anchors and some generic ones.

Thats fine but add links from other pages too with diverse anchors.
