I think you need to show them your previous earnings with other networks. There is one trick you can use with any affiliate network. Try to find telegram id or email id of affiliate manager and try to convince them why you can be a better fit, generally these AMs have their own targets to meet so if you are genuine and know how to fetch revenue for them they will be happy to let you in.

• You do some social signal like Facebook Page, Twitter, Pinterest account and YouTube channel.
• Do some SEO to get visitor. If you show them 1k+ visitor in your site with proof then you will get approval.
• You you have 1K Facebook Like or Youtube channel subscriber then chance to get approval from impact.

I am on Impact. You can register and try reaching out to them through their contact form or publisher inquiry email in case you don't get approved or your application is still pending.

They take time to process applications but contacting can reduce it if they like your source of traffic depending on niche you are in. Do have something ready to show to them and don't do this fake traffic reports etc, It's a good marketplace, so, tell them about your plans and how you will promote and you may get approved.

These days all affiliate networks have strict rules especially when it comes to sending traffic for finance offers so, be mindful of compliance and rules otherwise you may lose your account and earnings.

Find a program you wanna promote and apply for approval, you get approved for both program and impact, impact is a network not a program.
