Immediate Reddit Suspensions & Proxies

Hey all! New member here.

I've been running into an issue with accounts getting suspended right after posting a single comment via Reddit's API. This happens whenever I'm using proxies:
  • GoLogin proxies → suspended immediately
  • Decodo proxies with GoLogin → suspended immediately
  • Decodo proxies with MultiLogin → suspended immediately
Using my personal IP works just fine.

We're looking to manage 50+ accounts at the same time and it'd be helpful to hear - how do you handle this issue? Any proxy providers or strategies you'd recommend? Thanks!

Private mobile proxies and manual engagement before API runs has worked for me.
 
If you're managing 50+ accounts and aiming for long-term survival, go for quality mobile proxies.
 
Why would you use the api? It's easier of course. But easy is usually the worst reason.
 
I'm working with 400-500 accounts on 2-3 Iphone devices, with some residential proxies, but the accounts are still working pretty well, still have some accounts banned occasionally but not too significant .
Accounts can post or comment after a few days, for posting, usually 1-2 posts, for commenting, I can do 4-6 comments / day, it's still quite okay
 
The issue lies with your device and behavior, not the proxies.

That kind of instant suspension on Reddit usually points to a burned proxy footprint or bad ASN reputation. Reddit’s detection is super sensitive, especially via API access. If your personal IP works fine, it's clearly a proxy issue. Most datacenter or even residential proxies get flagged fast, even with a solid antidetect browser. If you're managing 50+ accounts, mobile proxies are a much safer option, trusted carrier ASN, dynamic IPs, and human-like patterns make them far less detectable. Just make sure to warm up the accounts properly before scaling.

This is a common pain point when automating Reddit and from what you shared, it sounds like the issue is likely a combination of flagged proxy IPs and fingerprinting inconsistencies. If you're using GoLogin or MultiLogin without tuning your fingerprints carefully, that mismatch combined with a proxy = instant red flag.
 
Don't use the API immediately.
 
I'm able to use the API immediately without an issue but it depends on your proxy heavily. Make sure it's not on any blacklists and also make sure that if you do an online scan of the proxy that there's no open ports (sites can see if they are and detect proxies based on this).
 
Hi! The issue is almost certainly with the proxies - Reddit is very strict with flagged or reused IPs. I recommend using mobile or residential proxies, one per account. Also, make sure to rotate fingerprints and avoid immediate activity - let the accounts "warm up" first.
 
Why use the API? It's easier, but convenience isn't always the best reason.
 
Reddit’s detection is sensitive with proxies, especially datacenter IPs or flagged ones. Even with residential proxies, some get burned rather quickly. Best results I’ve had personally are with mobile 4G proxies with rotation, and using organic delays with browser automation. Also, avoid posting content right after login, warm the acc by browsing first.

You are posting 2000 comments manually? Or you are posting 4-6 total a day?
 
Reddit’s super strict now. Especially with new accounts and proxy fingerprints. Try aged accounts, lower activity volume, residential/mobile proxies with real browser fingerprints, and warm them up slowly. Avoid patterns Reddit can flag.

Decodo is one of the worst. GoLogin proxies are also bad from my testing. You need mobile proxies and both of those antidetect will probably work.

No method, create an account on iPhone JB + gmail and with a good proxy, leave it for 1-2 weeks and you can post on small NSFW subreddits, you can still post 7-10 posts after that

Usually do nothing with the accounts after creating, mostly leave the account alone for about 2-3 weeks then I will start posting.

Avg/Max # daily posts are you making on each account?
