IMIE Changer for USB Modem Huawei E173 and E303 All I need is ability to change the IMIE number for my usb modem his brand is huawei model is e173, I would like to do software can change IMIE number immediately..

BTW, I made project at freelancer and fivver but no one can do this for me

How about you learn c then, before workin on this project. Do a few hello worlds, write a simple compiler, figure some shit out and do some of your own learning/research before asking to be spoon fed.

You cant change IMEI directly. You will have get the documentation of that gsm chip which is inside the modem. If the manufacturer have given any option for changing IMEI then you can change IMEI through that option or command.
