We didn't get banned at the time when we were using T-Mobile. I wrote a script to change the numbers when they stopped inboxing. So we were changing numbers 2-3x a day. And that 64 limit was from a regional manager at one set of stores. Other stores would activate 3k in a few hours for me. The annoying part was they wanted paid in cash so it was an all day process. Obviously things have changed drastically since I was doing TMobile. Wt that point I was able to send like 8-12 million a day with 3000 sims.

Damn, it's really big. it's almost our monthly traffic volume . But now, it's basically dead using this way. We sort of give up US destination.

I've moved into other things myself. Sms is pretty much dead imo

Thanks for the info! You think getting 15k volume out on the US on pre-paid sim cards is possible today? Thinking a phone farm setup with 50 phones, 300 messages per day per phone. We wouldn't be sending affiliate traffic or links in the messages, it would be only texts and a two way messaging exchange (white hat lead generation - just through sms).

300 per number per day is way too much. The nunbers will die quickly. For 2 way exchange though yes. I've tested 1000 in a short period back and forth and that worked. Also if you are using phones those numbers might be bigger if you have a Google account and are using android phones...

Interesting. For 2 way sms, with a 15% reply rate on our initial message, how many messages do you think a sim could send per day? And what do you mean with the google accounts? like just creating random accounts for signing in with android or what? Thanks in advance!

So my testing ended on what I was talking about. Essentially I noticed that our sms would stop inboxing from our modems but if you pulled out the sim attached it to an android that had an account signed in it would popup a screen with a green check mark adding it to the account. We could put it back in the box and it would allow for sending again to android and make it to the inbox rather than the spam folder.

In regards to the limits. It depends on the data, the offer, etc. So without that and testing no way to say. Some offers id send could kill numbers instantly others would work for months

YI'm from Mexico and I want to know how to make money with Sim cards and SMS payment gateways.
 
How many daily is your bulk? Need iPhone farm. Possible but will cost pretty much, sms will be much cheaper

If it’s a bulk messaging need, you can consider Google Messenger RCS. It supports large-scale rich media messages, and performance in the US and UK has been pretty solid. Happy to discuss if needed.
 
the issue is apple blocking the sms being sent after around 10-18 sms, even with scripts running delays and using special hardware. Has anyone found a viable bypass to such blocks, the chinese who do this often have a way but they do not show.

Seems you can use s-k gateway send sms, I know usa a lot of people use this
 
I wouldn’t try to do true “bulk” with iMessage - it’s tightly controlled and gets flagged fast.
From what I’ve seen, anything that looks automated or high volume ends up rate-limited or blocked. If you need to scale, people usually go small batches + delays + real devices/accounts to keep it looking normal. Otherwise it just doesn’t last.
