I am a beginner who is trying to get into the world of IM. I was wondering if there were member specifically from Belgium with whom I can discuss ideas and legal stuff that is related to belgium?
I don't know enough about what is allowed in Belgium and what I need to look out for.
If any other members have other suggestions for a young (18) year old newbie, let me know.
