IMDb API Alternatives and Safe Scraping Limits

Does anyone know of a free, reliable alternative to the official IMDb API? The official one goes through AWS, which I'd like to avoid. Also, if anyone has experience scraping the IMDb website directly, could you please share safe request limits (per day/hour/minute/second)? Thanks in advance!

I'm currently using TMDB to get most of my data but they don't provide IMDB rating.

Seems like I missed to specify that I need only the IMDB rating. If anyone is looking for a solution here is what I have found: OMDB API or directly scrape it from IMDB.
