Imagetwist and getting image views

Hi i am very new to bhw,much love and big thanks to bhw because i browsed the forums a lot and got help for most things.Now to the point:
1.I have picture links on imagetwist and earned about 7$ for 2 weeks,i want to increase that.
2.Is there any site that i can pay people say 0.002 per image view,and it's better if the views come from the UK and America
3.Can IT ban me for buying image views?i wouldn't spam with views.

Never get payment from this site,
Wait for getting payment for 3 weeks supports offline.
When i contact them with supports after a month i get banned. Make this site is scam.

I get one 4$ payment in payza, but Imagetwist dont contabilize all the visits... i don't like so much.

I had tried with 2 different account i was waiting 10$ becuase my payment is paypal. So i got banned. I never will suggest to someone.
