{vsig_c}0|Image name|title|text{/vsig_c} when you write an image name located inside the folder you target in the first code , it will show ALT tag at this photo, and your repeat the second code for every image

but do you think google will read it as an ALT Tag and will help SEO ?? i doubt that as the code is separated and it's not the normal html ALT tag code
