Image Voting / Hosting Site - Very Big Potential

Hey everyone.

I have an idea that I think can, potentially, become a great success if I can get the necessary elements together.
My idea is to create an image voting/hosting site, and we can talk more about my exact ideas.

What I need is either a jack-of-all-trades or a few people who, respectively, can handle web design, SEO, and so forth. I am envisioning three partners in total, but we might need more.
At the minimum, I am looking for someone who is competent in web design and can build a user-interactive web site, someone who can perform basic to advanced SEO, and I will be able to handle marketing and other stuff like that. The main keyword I think we should focus on gets 77,000+ exact monthly searches, so it does get search volume according to the Adwords Keyword tool.

As the title says, my idea has potential but not a guarantee, so I am looking for long term partners who can wait to see big results, instead of small, quick results.
