Image SEO

I want to geo tag images to help my local SEO. My local business operates out of the same location, does this mean I geo tag my images with the same address? Will Google not regard this as spam?

I see this an old post, but geo-tagging posts do not work. There is some software that does it for you, but still, the info is wiped clean and only photos from actual customers or Gmails, and local guides will get what you are looking for. If you want to send me your email, I can send you a way to do this with real people. Hope this helps.
