Image Search

How does one take advantage of a number 1 ranking for a very completive term under Google Images? The image gets hit up to 50 times a day. The search phrase probably gets searched several thousand times a day under regular web search.

Is there a way to convert that image traffic into something?

This is interesting, don't hear much about G images. I see some guy is in the top 10 for just about every adult search you can do in G images. I am sure if you name the image the right name, put it on a relevant page, put it in a folder with a custom name, and then attach title and alt keywords to the image it will do very well when pick up by the big G.

Would love to hear more input on this subject.
