Image roll overs?

Hey guys, what would be the easiest way to design an image where when someone rolls over certain parts a label appears. I know that it can be done with image mapping, javascript and adobe fireworks. But before I invest my time into learning how to do it through these methods I wanted to check whether there was an easier way of achieving this effect.

Im sure if you use Wordpress, there might be some kind of plugin that can do that for you. Try and search the plugin database.

Easiest way to make an image map is to use an online tool. Tons available but I have used http://www.image-maps.com/ before.
