Image Pro plugin problem

Well first of all, the images bar,under the post, isn't showing full images just their names... can't drag and drop them into the post. I upload a image old fashion way and then edit it with image pro there but when i click update I get this:

There has been an error in ImagePro

Could not map the paths for saving the thumbs!
