Image in biography box on SERP?

Hi,

Does anyone have any working ideas on how Google determines what image to use for the biography box that comes up for a well known person's name?

I'm talking about the bio box that is in the upper right corner and gives a synopsis of their background that might be pulled from Wikipedia, then some tidbits, then a photo.

One of my clients has an unflattering photo being used by Google for that bio box. The odd thing is that if we go to Google Images for his name, that image is on the third row, 13th overall.

I've clicked on "Feedback/More Info" and then clicked "Wrong" for the image and asked others to do the same.

Any other suggestions on how we can get Google to use a different image?

Is that stuff pulled from Wikipedia or smthg? I really have no clue... but would love to see this unflattering photo of your client

Hah, it's not of the client himself, it's an unrelated picture. The pic isn't being pulled from Wikipedia, but I've uploaded a photo to Wikipedia to see if that will change anything.

Just an update on this. I've used Amazon Mechanical Turk to get 2,200 people to click Wrong on the photo, while doing link building to pics on his Wikipedia page and his blog. Yet almost a month later it is still showing the wrong picture!

Anyone have any ideas on how to get Google to remove this picture?

Its from the Knowledge Graph. Google 'Google Knowledge Graph'. Profiles and uploads there are community maintained/edited.

Thank you! I'm on the site but am a bit lost as to where and how to open a ticket or post a message for someone to look into this... Would you be able to point me in the right direction?

Never mind, I found the various discussion boards on this subject. I've also "Replied to Author" to some of the Google tech support people who answer related questions. I'll update everyone on my success (or lack thereof).
