Image hosting/upload website

Hello,

I am about to start an image hosting website and I was looking for a nice web host for the same. It will be an adult/non-adult hosting website so hosting adult content should not be a problem. I'd like to take offshore hosting as I am not interested in dealing with DMCA for an image website. I don't really know how much traffic it will generate but I am assuming about 5-10k unique visitors for the first few months at least. I have no idea how much space and bandwidth should be required. I don't want to invest a huge amount of money as I am unsure of this business so a decent, cheap hosting will do

Can you help me pick a nice hosting required for my needs?
