DALL-E and Artbreeder. For bulk creation, look into tools with API access to automate the process.

Stability.ai is not bad, you can also develop a Python tool and use their API.

I use Mage.space. It's 15 bucks a month for unlimited generations, and it has like 40+ models or something (after removing duplicates for different model versions). It also has 20k+ Lora's and text inversions, which got added recently.
Most models can only generate up to 912*512, but I find it's pretty nice for generating stuff on my phone when I can't use my computer (either I'm traveling or I don't want to boot up Linux). The devs are also pretty active on discord- I think they read every feedback and bug post on there
