Image Exif Data Question

Is my goal to localize my photos to my business, or to scatter my exif geo data across the city, and especially over the competition address?

I do put my business address into the images' exif. I always try to put almost the same gps coordinates, even with fake reviews with image.

I do even upload photos at local directories with metadata edited and coordinates pointing to my bussiness.
