Image / button that links to multiple CPA offers

I'm looking to create a generic landing page for CPA offers. The idea was to create a generic advert for people who are generally interested in entering competition apposed to promoting them individually. I'd want to have an image or button on the page that when clicked opens multiple links in different tabs so the lead sees all the landing pages for each offer. I've looked into URLBunch but dispute a pop up asking to confirm that I want to open all the tabs it just directs me to bing & not the links I put in. Is there an alternative to this?
