Can I get adsense approval for a blog based on images with very less content? Are there any adsense guidelines restricting this?

AdSense normally prefers original written content, so an image-heavy blog with very little text might struggle. They want value + context, not just pictures. You can apply, but chances are lower unless you add useful descriptions or info around the images. Better to mix both for safer approval.
 
Getting AdSense approval for image-based blogs with minimal text is difficult. Google values original, high-quality, and text-rich content to understand context and serve relevant ads. If your blog is mostly images, add unique descriptions, alt text, and short articles explaining each image. This improves SEO, user value, and your chances of AdSense approval.
 
adsense bots sniff low-text pages fast. if ur blog’s 90% pics, expect rejection. add 300+ words per post, proper meta, captions. g wants value signals not photo spam. wrap images with insight, not empty html
 
Don't apply for adsense. I have a good image gallery website, and I use custom banner ads to show other sites, and youtube videos i have. I increased the ranking and traffic to a site I linked that is relevant, and got an order this week from it.
 
You will find it hard to get approved. Get some alternatives for it.
 
No, AdSense won’t approve a site that’s mostly images with little text. They need enough original written content to understand your page and serve relevant ads. Add short descriptions, captions, or articles around your images, and make sure everything’s original or licensed — that’ll give you a better shot at approval.
 
AdSense does approve image-based niches, I don’t think they focus too much on the images themselves, as long as they’re relevant to your content.

If your blog consists only of images, there's a high chance it will be rejected as low value content. But if you absolutely want to continue your blog as an image based blog and it's not important to you, you can first open a normal blog and get approval, then convert your blog into an image site.
 
Google looks for valuable content so that usually means written material that gives context or adds something. Image heavy blogs can still work if you include proper descriptions/guides or commentary along side the visuals.

No, AdSense usually won’t approve blogs that mainly contain images with very little text. Google needs enough original and useful written content to understand your site and display suitable ads.

Most likely no blogs with only images usually get rejected. Add some meaningful text to each post to improve your chances.
 
Adsense prefers blogs with enough original text. Image-only sites usually get rejected. Add some written content to be safe.

How much text should be present on each page minimum?
 
You could still try combining images with short but original descriptions or insights. Google values context, not just visuals.
 
Even a few well written paragraphs explaining your images can make a big difference. Quality context is key for adsense approval.
