Image and video cloaking

Hey guys I have a problem passing FB ad's review
How can I cloak video or Image to pass the review ?
I just read about it that people playing around with the resolution or Embeded another picture inside it but I don't know how it works

You probably are a bit confused because what you describe is not cloaking. You can cloak the hyperlink of the image but not the image itself.

What do you want to do when you say you want to cloak?
What exactly is cloaking?
