imacros dead or no?

Hi all

I was using the script ...blackhat-seo/instagram/698315-2014-new-instagram-imacros-likes-comments.html
with success until the ban comment. I would like to revisit it but of course prefer to keep it safe.

Anyone using macros without a problem? If so, what instagram viewer and delays are you using? This is my first and only account so I do not want to lose it! Thanks so much, guys.

Using Iconosquare in Firefox, with a big self coded iMarco, but all i do is, like/follow/unfollow in 3 options: liking 2 pics, liking 2 pics and follow, just follow. Liking about 1k and following .5k a day while i always unfollow ~300. When i hit about 1.5k followings on my account i throw in a Unfollow spree, where i only like and unfollow until i hit .3k followings again. I DONT COMMENT!
