I have used deathbycaptcha previously for creating hotmail accounts and the captcha you are trying to solve is same as microsoft used to have. Its a paid service but is worth it.

You can use deathbycaptcha to autosolve captcha on hotmail and outlook accounts, it will only solve the one which contains character and number it will not perform well on the images or other kind of captcha.
