i've tried craigslist posting and get people to contact me but people realize that its just an offer...


i'm thinking about going back to freelance programming soon if this shit doesnt work out

Well nobody can personally direct you onto something that will make money for you, somethings that make money for someone wont make money for another. Things like the craigslist thing is oversaturated now and old. Although sometimes can work but you have to think out of the box.

If your different than everyone else you will win.

You say you do freelance programming, is this C++ or something, why not make automation tools, like blog comment posters for your own good and spam some affilite links.

what are you posting on craigslist? Is it something that people want? Is whatever you are offering unique? Does what you are offering involve tricking the reader to believe it something that it is not?
If your tricking people on cl to join camshows it wont work as its been overdone already..

You need to do somehting different. If you are readng this forum and just applying what you read as it is it most likely wont work as there are probably a few dozen who have already tried the exact same thing before.......

In my personal experience, and please don't take this as a slight, many capable programmers ARE NOT capable sales people or copywriters. If you can program well, I say, make money programming.
