datacenter or static residential or residential or verified

Shared or Private or Dedicated

it totally depends on the proxies service you're using,
private do usually with most services, shared could work if the proxies are not shared with too many people & they're not using the same tools,
it also depends on the number of links you're planning to create in each of the targetting websites

If you have options to use your own proxies you can get the same quality proxies for significantly cheaper

that screenshot looks like webshare proxies. id recommend you dont use webshare proxies in GSA SER, as despite them saying that seo tools are fine, there are many accounts of people getting their service banned for using their proxies for posting in SER. for scraping they're fine, but for posting use a set of decent datacenter proxies, I personally use rayobyte shared
