I'm not sure how I can contribute to the community yet, and I've used the search button extensively but I'm not really able to find anything useful.

Basically, I want to boost the likes on my video. Not views or favorites, or even subs, but I just want to increase the likes by a significant margin.

Does anyone have any tips on where I can start?

I'm not very good at OOP, though I have dabbled in some JS/PHP.

buy them if you have money, many people sell them here in the Services For Sale section

or, learn a method to get this done, but be careful because youtube bot is smarter now

I use enhanceviews.net its pretty cheap and they do likes and comment,you can choose.

Don't worry about leeching. As a newb you have to leech, just be willing to give back when the time comes where you are able to contribute.

If you have programming skills you can either build your own like bot using PHP to drive imacros or selenium RC, or you can automate likes through the Youtube API.

Just buy the views. There are a couple free things you could do, but the best way is to buy the likes.

Like Autumn said, if you are a programmer, you could make your own tool to do it via the API.
