IM Software Product Launch

I'm launching an IM Software with ZERO competition and we're nearing the end of the BETA testing phase.

I'm looking for a partner who's decent at sales copy and promotion.

The partner would:

1. register a .com domain for the product and additional products that we're launching.
2. Design the website and sales copy
3. Create tutorial videos
4. Open BST Threads on different IM forums and maintain it
5. Answer basic technical support questions from customers
6. Would help in brainstorming ideas for future products
7. Submit trial software on software websites

I would take care of the software production and beta testing of products.

We split the net profit smack in the middle. 50/50

This requires minimal start up investment of $50-$100 for promotion and stuff that I have mentioned.

I would rather work with an American/British/Australian or anyone from an English speaking country.

Example profit computation:

50 Sales/Month selling a $100 software = $5,000 Gross
100 Sales/Month selling a $100 software = $10,000 Gross
200 Sales/Month selling a $100 software = $20,000 Gross

The thing is the above is based on selling one software. With a few more ideas, we can launch a lot more products.
