On July 9th, my girlfriend offered me a breakup. She was eight weeks pregnant, and on the 14th she had surgery and the baby was removed. We have been together since April 1st, during which we have not quarreled, but because of pregnancy, I have not cared for it, I have been in bed for a week, I have no strength to do anything, and I have no appetite to eat. I want to get her back, please what can I do

You deeply need to try to forget the situation.. if you do think about the situation 100% reduce it to like 30% because there's no way how you won't be thinking of it...

Gradually with my own knowledge I believe the situation Will get better for you
let her go and build yourself in to a valuable man. workout and focus on the grind. if she left you now what makes you think she wont leave you later. girls like that will leave you when things get tough, no loyalty. dont fight for someone who wont fight for you. she left because shes not the one bro. that door closed for you to open another, now "man the f*ck up and move on" because women dont like pussies. im telling you this as a brother not trying to be harsh but thats the reality,

You were together since April and she was already pregnant? o_O

Umm.... not to be insensitive (assuming this is even real), but getting pregnant after just 3 months in a relationship is not a wise move.

There is not much you can do. This is beyond your control.
It's very hard but try to be optimistic.
Work out, take more nature walks, and reconnect with family and friends.
Tell them what you're going through. They may help you work through the depression you're feeling.
Talking to people who love and care for you can help.

We have been there my friend. First time or not, if theres more emotional commitment from your side you will feel those emotional pain now.

You can try distracting yourself and do what makes you happy. Talk to another potential partner, do sports, do stuff but low stress ones. When any thoughts related to her comes, make up some mantra like "She is past, that is gone". Repeat x10.

You may feel like it's your fault, yes might be your fault, but she is no innocent and this is not about pointing faults and what could've been.

Let it go. Stop trying. If you try to get her back, you'd seem more desperate to the world.

It pains me to tell you this, but you should 100% move on, If she had surgery without asking you it means a lot.

I know for experience that she maybe has another on the side (almost exact same thing happened to me), move on and focus on building your legacy for a woman (family) who will stay with you through the hard times.

Move on. That's the way. Go on your grind. Focus to produce, to achieve, to avoid the same mistakes. If she's your destiny, she'll reach out. Give it time. Grind hard. Focus on that.
