but there's no way. so i will use cc
I can only buy crypto in indonesia
i wanna buy hosting
namecheap accept cc but bitpay blocks my ip
can i use payoneer card in indonesia?

It works where Mastercard is accepted.Just be aware that some banks don't accept virtual debit cards.You can't load directly on the payoneer card.
