Elon wont say anything bad if anything he will only hype the thing more. but there is a 50/50 chance he wont say anything and I feel it might result in a big dip.
Makes sense.
We have no idea what he has in mind, but would he miss such opportunity to sponsor one of his apparent investments?
Sure he has to find a sensible way to mention a niche subject in a show like the SNL.

Shorting or buy doge at this stage is crazy.

Money rolls into bitcoin.
Then eth starts to pump and bitcoin starts to level off and drop a bit
Next the top 10 coins pump.
Then money pours out of them and into the top 100.
Then profits pour out the top 100 and into the top 1000.
The cycle repeats throughout the bull cycle.
Now is the time to be buying top 100 and top 1000 coins. Not doge, lol. It's already pumped. It'll probably go to $1, but do you really want to make 30-40% returns with a high risk of missing the peak when you can make 3-10x in the top 100/top 1000's now?
And shorting a coin that has celebs behind it while the majority of the public thinks it's a great coin is wild.
I got into doge at $0.05. Now is not the time to get into it.
I've already taken my doge profits and put them into top 100 coins, some of which have 2x'd already in the past week.
Stop following the masses, guys. Learn how the markets move and make your moves BEFORE everyone else.

I do not recommend shorting a meme coin. The hype comes and goes and based on how volatile it is, you may be losing a lot quickly.

Yeah my reasoning still applies. Doge is PUMPED already.
Sure, it might go to $1, but that's only, what a 35-40% gain? And what's the risk? It's fairly high. Who knows what'll happen with doge. It's a bit unpredictable because of the celebs behind it. But potential gain is low now.
Other coins have far far more potential at this stage. Do you want a 40% return, or a 500%?
Even a 2 to 2.5x is significantly better than a 35-40%
But none of that matters much. The cycles are the cycles. People will pull profits.
They know doge doesn't have much left, so they'll pull and put it into places that can give higher returns.
