Hi all,
I have my eye on a directory listing site that seems to be set up very amateurish, and I want find out if it is viable to set up in competition and do it better (and get a good old chunk of the market if possible, with the aim to dominate later).
What can I do to find out if I have a chance? What research needs to be done? Any BHW sellers that do this kind of research and give advice?
I don't want to take it on, only to find out that the site is too well entrenched to budge it. I know that I could offer subscribers a much better looking and functioning site. And the visitors/searchers must be put off quite a bit by how bad the site is.
