Blur sensitive parts or create campaigns with non-infringing images, when that campaign is active they change the image content.

I saw that too, in my country someone hacked a goverment account and they are uploading japanese medical information about females bodies

but is being more than 3 months and goverment page and they still uploading more content don't know why there are not getting the ban hammer or the goverment not recovering the account yet, really weird.

Luckily, no one reported that ad and it just existed because users allowed it, Facebook made it for user experience
