I have downloaded an e-book which was describing how to train your workers to re-write an article manually. First it starts sentence by sentence than paragraphs by paragraphs. It was a quite long PDF which also involves sample e-mails to send to workers.

One can use that e-book to train himself also.

I am quite sure that ı have downloaded it from bhw but a couldn't find the tread. I spent at least 4 hours of searching it. If any body have that PDF or bhw link please share.

Though I don't have such a PDF because I never used one for rewriting the articles. I think if your writers are proficient in English Language, then you just need to do one basic thing; Give them a sentence and ask them Rewrite the sentence in their own words without changing the meaning of the sentence. I would recommend sentence-by-sentence rewriting, as far as my personal experience goes sentence-by-sentence rewriting is far more easier than rewriting word-by-word.

I seriously think rewriting gets easier if the writer is having strong command over English Language. Give them the freedom to alter the sentences without changing the core meaning of the sentence. They will master it with some practice. After all writing is all practice isn't it. Give them some time, I am sure they will not disappoint you.
