I need your opinion, 2cents, etc. And if you like what you see, I need a partner.

I need someone that can handle fulfillment of my products, as I have a waitlist, and been working 14+hour days full of pure motivation for two months now.

Yes people are ordering this. I need help on these offers to these local small biz clients.

Running this business after 10 or so businesses that are just making peanuts... so this is taking off after a $20k loan. Our fulfillment is there, and we're delivering. New sales are there, but we are suffering from Utter Disorganization at all levels even though half the team is formally accepting and understanding what we do for clients, there's so much extra opportunity out on the table.

So far, I'm adopting the 90/10 rule and eliminating my massive backlog of work. I have about a 90% close rate when I meet with a biz owner, and I could fill my pipeline up for a week if I could handle more work.

I'm hiring local developers $20/hr to flesh out a website, then I would follow up with sales copy. It takes them about 10-hours to get it prepared for me. I could automate this with a fresh Wordpress isntall script. I have noproofreader or editor, and its all a mess with a new project coming in daily, with us turning around one per day. So I setup a waitlist of clients that want to work with me because they trust me. The local SEO scene here is a god damned mess, which makes it easy for me to offer a refreshingly new product.

Reread Art of War, and my team of local consultants can do the same SEO-optimized product, from scratch to finish, pretty well - but we aren't using Zapier nor are we using any standard management procedures.

Processes are written in an Asana and our clients grew from 2-4 per month to 50+ , and we have a waitlist.

A few dentists, two chiros, general contractor along with 10 contractors under that, CRM developer, two lawyers, a plastic surgeon, etc. Just so many.

So far, the dentist lead gen has been the highest grossing one just because we spent a week on it. Everything else just has eager clients for it, and we just have a contrct saying we can send up to a fixed amount of leads to them per month.

So, I 'm not sure what I can be doing to stay properly organized. I tried using an ICE framework to prioritize work, but everything we do is lucrative and prioritized.

So I made something using the 7-Habits 2x2 Matrix (Urgent/Important vs Is/Is Not)... and there's so much Important tasks and quick wins that are getting us from A to B to C.

We record our process once, upload it on a HR app to demonstrate what we do, and train basically by having it done.

But running as a owner-operator with a recently hired team of 10-people just boosted our fulfillment, and only made a dent in our pipeline.

Without talking about the company, how can I scale properly without disorganization?
If you're able to help, would you be able to handle local service affiliate offers?

Its a single member LLC, but I switched from a different community to this one and I'm actually getting heard, which is refreshing.
