I'm doing only follow/unfollow and these are my settings:

monday-tuesday-wednesday-thursday-friday
from 8 AM to 1 PM
from 5 PM to 7 PM
from 9 PM to 12 PM
delay after each operation: 28 to 70 min
delay beetween each individual interaction: 4 to 22 seconds
amount of users to interact per operation: 28 to 42
max operation per hour: 55
UNFOLLOW
saturday-sunday
i'm safe with these settings?
