Well I'm making this thread because after being a member for like a week, this still hasn't settled in. Ok, to get started, some people here make $500-$1000 a day just off one little project or method. Now if you put that in perspective, even $400 a day is 146,000 a year. That's mind boggling. The average American makes like 45,000 a year. But still, if they make $1,000 a day, that classifies them as RICH. Seriously, they could live in very houses and drive nice cars, and some of them are making this money on auto-pilot. Please guys,me fill me in on this, this just don't add up.

First, doing one every day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year might be a bit much. Second, the real effort is not just doing the job but finding the jobs to do. The good news is that once you start and have a track record, then landing jobs is alot faster and even better you can charge more as you become better. Do you have some family or friends that need help with what they have. Charge them very little or nothing to help them and in return use them for refrences.

You're going to need to do a whole lot of work up front if you want to get anywhere near $1000/day auto pilot. In fact, I would say you will need to do a lot of work to get to $100/day auto pilot. This stuff isn't easy.

More than likely you're going to need to think outside of the box and come up with something new / twist because the people who are making that coin are unlikely to be using common 'methods'.
 
Hey Chad, a fella I chat with on some other boards lead me on to this venture. I am going to try it out. He showed me his stats and what he was earning, I said I want to try that.

He's being doing this since '95 and the dude knows a lot. If one person can do it, than so can I, and you. However, he said expect to spend LOTS of time and money figuring out what works. I'm hoping to quit my day job as a CAD tech in a few years and rely solely on IM, we'll see how it goes.
 
No it aint easy as you think it is. You need to work hard. Best what you can get is idea of your own - so its not saturated and you are the only one who cashes from it. After that works you need to allready think next idea - because previous one will die soon or later.

None of this is on autopilot. It's the opposite of a normal job.

Normal job - Work X hours and get paid for X hours

IM - Work a lot of hours and get paid zip. Then usually months down the line the money starts and you can either stop working on the project or do very little work. You then repeat the process.

As you get bigger pay days you build a team who do the leg work which allows you to accelerate the paydays and have multiple projects starting at the same time.

So NEVER think it's easy. You have do your apprenticeship first.
 
No no no no no no no no no. I think you guys misunderstood me. All I'm saying that I'm shocked when I hear some of these numbers (granted, some/most aren't true). Also, I'm not looking for advice, just want to hear what you think of the staggering numbers some of these guys are making. i e-mailed my affiliate manager over at my CPA network and he said some guys make 10k a day. It's just.....I know those aren't common numbers but still, even when I hear people saying they make $100-$200 a day, I mean thats STILL more than you would make working at McDonald's or other common jobs.

Please get where I'm coming from,

It's definitely possible! Just keep going at it, scaling it up, it's hard to learn but once you've grasped the concepts it's just a matter of repeating :)
 
You have guys in EVERY.......and I mean EVERY industry, from basketball to tech, who are on every end of the spectrum!

Some are rich (over 1mill), some are in the middle (over 50 to 60k), and some are at the bottom (under 50 to 30k), and some even lower then that (under 30k to 0)

What alot of noobs fail to realize is that IM is not a fairy tale job. Unless you get EXTREMELY lucky (and this is also true in EVERY OTHER INDUSTRY ON EARTH), you have to work you ASS off, fall down, fail time and time again, and so on to make it in this game.

Those numbers your so "fascinated" about are usually either

a. FALSE or
b. That person has worked his ass off for a long time before he found his (goldmine)

Again, this is not easy homie. So yeah, there are people making that much, but more then likely they are also the same one's who spend 18 hours a day at the computer screen 6 to 7 days a week.

Unless your prepared to put the work in, this is not the game you wanna play if your looking for quick and EASY income (yes, that is a myth in IM!). IM is very competitive also, and things can change overnight that can take your income from 100 a day to 0 overnight!. So you gotta be on guard as well.

IM is a reflection of life: you get out what you put in!

It's definitively possible. It's not about working hard, but working smart. Working hard is also a very important factor when it comes to IM. You have to have patience.
 
The answers in this thread are pretty much dead on. IM is definitely not even close to a normal job and there is a ton of learning as well as work involved to get started. The figures and the amount people make are real, though as previously mentioned the work to get there was probably months and months of 15 hours a day. Though you're already on the right track running into this forum so good luck. Also focus on one particular method and become specialized in the field and you'll make 10 times more than if you try and learn everything.
 
Yeah guys again I'm not looking for advice, I just didn't know there was THAT much money in IM. I'm young, so I'm doing this just for fun and if I can make payout on a network, ten that's cool to.

There is a ton of money in IM. But, dont ever believe anyone who tells you they earn it on auto pilot....there are some people who have worked their asses off in the past to get themselves a pretty sweet setup....but these type of ventures take constant work to maintain. I was explaining this to a friend of mine earlier. They were amazed at how much money is in this area of work, and they also thought it was mostly all done on autopilot. I informed them that IM is like owning a traditional store...except, about everyweek every single road around your store is changed, renamed, closed or turned into a toll road. The work in IM is adapting your current business to the CONSTANTLY changing landscape. Like others have said, the key is really get a good setup and then get the support to outsource and manage the company as opposed to doing the day to day grunt work.

I see how op is again and again saying he don't need advice but people are writing without even reading his posts. Its funny.

@OP. Yes its possible, people earn alot of money with IM, They are doing it since ages, and now they have good setups of every thing, they have tools, and most importantly they know how to use them. Its exactly like other businesses gradualy one master, and Earn a alot of it.
 
Don't forget to take into consideration that you're running your own business so someone may be able to generate that amount of income but you still have advertising and marketing, delegating small tedious tasks people pay others to do etc.. Just like if you work a job you have to pay for gas to get there the car to get there and whatever other expenses are incurred.
