im ranking but i dont get traffic

Ok , so heres my issue
I built about 10 sites for cpa content gateway
all of them are game name + guide , all of them are emd all have 9k + exact global searches a month.
I ranked almost all of them to 1st page.
All these keywords i targeted are for the same game, if this helps in any way...

I ranked one of them on spot 2 , and i only got about 3-5 visitors a day for it.

Same with the other sites, some are on #5 or on #7 and get shitty traffic , like 2 hits a day.

I have other sites in other niches that get much more traffic even though their keyword gets much less traffic than 9k exact searches a month.

What do you guys think the issue might be ?

global - searches from all over the world.

He meant exact so no problem with that,he should be getting traffic.

Check the #1 spot's page,if it has all the info relevant to the keyword,then that is your problem.maybe they are viewing the first page getting the content and leaving,so get to #1.
or
you can try yahoo answers,post an answer related to the keyword,with your URL in it and rank yahoo answers page, you might get good traffic.

This could be the root cause for your problem. E.g. if the 8.5K of searches are made in UK your top 2 position in g00gle.com is nearly worth of nothing. I learned this lesson hard way when I had site at #3 in g00gle.com for KW having 95% UK traffic.

I understand what your saying , but im same spot for most countries as well

it does sound like there is something wrong there. If you are showing on various countries sites in that spot, you should be getting much more traffic for having 9k extact, regardless if you are 1 or not.

Sounds to me like the exact match is incorrect and there is less people searching for this term than you think, and that you are actually ranking for.

It's either because of custom search results or you picked a trending keyword.

ok ,
so here it is ,

im ranking #4 for this keyword
and im getting less then 10 clicks even though the keyword gets searched 400 times a day...

anymore suggestions guys ?

I think that the only reason is that the games you are targeting are old, so they aren't searched anymore. just a little opinion
