I'm pretty sure normal people don't work like this

I use Only 1 Laptop . As What will be doing with 3 Laptops at same time.

As others have suggested, one beast and multiple screens is what I need. And a tablet for when I poo. Another tip, I just started chromecasting my screens to my big ol' 1080p tv. Nothin like bhw on a 42 inch.

The book is really just in place to tilt the laptop up so it is easier on my wrists when I work but it is The Fifth assassin by Brad Meltzer... not a bad book at all. I have a fan between the book and the laptop with a filter on it that you really can't see in the pic too.

Multiple machines as opposed to one with multiple screens as I bounce between the East and West coast of Florida and it is easier to transport.

is there a TV somewhere in the room.

No TV in that room, it would distract me plus I don't have the same hearing that most others have. That is partly why I rarely drive too.

From the looks of the worn out left armrest, I see that you've been very busy. Are you still fishing?

Get a proper laptop stand man!

I wish I'd changed mine to an eye level stand earlier, it was giving me such bad posture hunched over at the screen.

The little things in an office truly matter. When you are like me and sit in front of the PC 10+ hours
per day it really adds up. Recently I upgraded to an ergonomic friendly mouse pad with a gel wrist
insert. That made a huge difference in comparison to just placing it on the desk.

If you would have told me that 3 years ago I would have laughed, but you can't overdo comfort in
this business.

Looks good. Who is normal here on BHW :D - 1 beast pc and 4 screens or 2 beast PC's and 8 screens like what I have here ;)

In case you're wondering where the 4th monitor is, it's under the desk.

Wasn't wondering that, but now I am wondering if you've given the fourth monitor to your penis for video calling people. It's like, an improved version of sending dic pics. It's like, dicvids, Skype edition; "Just stay online and I'll be right with you".

The people who are writing the script for that Blue Mountain State movie, you're welcome.

And for everyone out here try to save some bucks for a nice and comfortable chair. It does wonder for the work spirit :)

I agree! For a long time, I was just using a worn-out mouse pad, but then I decided to try one of those gel mouse pads and it has made a significant difference in the time I spend on the computer (this is also important since I have a painful tumour in my wrist that).

I'm going to have to upgrade my setup lol. I only have a semi-beast laptop which I connect to a desktop keyboard+mouse and to one monitor, and then a desktop which I use for uploading.
