all cpa networks SHAVE. But, still MaxBounty is a good one, one of my fev.
Your traffic just sucks. Find a diff. way to get targeted traffic.

Also take a not that %95 of the download offers are blocked by AV's. And therefore you get about %1 conversation rates.

I used fb fan page using iframe the traffic is junk but I tried an offer myself with no result contacted my AM she said the friend could of Tried this offer 6months ago etc :/

the offers that you are running are not for the visitors that you get in your website
that's why i always tell people to use the perfect offer and also to use the right type of keyword to make the website.
