IM Organization Suite

Hello,

I'm a software developer and would like the BlackHatWorld community to give suggestions for my new IM Organization Suite. I found that there is a need for software that helps organize the large amount of information that IMers have to deal with on a daily basis. Things like keeping track of account information, money, tasks to do, schedulers, domains, etc.. It's a lot to remember, and software could help solve this issue. This will all be integrated into a single suite which integrate all the functionality. Where you guys come in is telling me what you would like to see in such software. What problems would you like to be solved? Is their something you want to be made easier? If you say to yourself "I wish this worked this way" or "I wish there was a way to do this better", then that's something that you should bring up in this thread.

I thank you for any suggestions, and I can't wait to give back to the BlackhatWorld community! You guys helped me out a bunch.

Good idea in principle,
although my suggestion would be to simply advise members to use the search function more often,
and not keep asking for answers to questions which are already here inside the BHW forum.
