Congratulations! And welcome to the club of sleepless nights and awesome days.
One piece of advice: Take lots of pictures and videos. They grow up so fucking fast you will not believe it! My son went from 0 to 4.5 years old in 60 seconds. My daughter beat his time!
And definitely focus on IM to free up more time for him.
