But basically I'm a web designer and my client wants to build a site which is similar to http://www.allhiphop.com/ or http://stashonline.com

What kind of script would I need to run a site like this? We mainly want to upload our own videos, but we're also going to have a section for users to sign up and upload videos, music and images. We also want a section where we could type in daily news in the world of hip-hop.
