im not gettin new followers ! problem!

i used to get 10-20 new followers per new post
since i hit 800+ likes on one post from engagement group
(this post didnt get shadow banned) uploaded 2 new posts, i dont getting new followers
from them, and those posts are way better then my last posts (i run art profile)
i dont know whats up im lookin manually the hashtags i tag my posts apear, but no new followers
whats up with that? :O
is this something has to do with massive engagement i drive to my profile or something?

Did not moderators you block the subscription feature?

New people may not be able to subscribe to your account. Because this feature is temporarily blocked.

cutapig, Instagram moders could have blocked a subscribe button on your page for new followers.

well i did got new followers , i just dont get the same followers i used to
from uploading posts
how can i check this out boy??

do you mean engegament groups by saying service? do you mean automation software service?
is there such thing service named insta twitteR?
 
@cutapig do this test.

Use a private browser. Login to Instagram with a different username (or a friend's that's not following your account).
Go to your account with that loged in account and try to follow your account. If IG says Following, log out, log back in with the new account and verify that it is following your account.

Sometimes IG will show that you are following, but when you come back it goes back to "not following", in reality will show you a "follow" button like if you never followed that account.

If you're able to verify that it followed the account with no problems, then it's something else. If it reverts to follow button, then you are temp banned from being followed.

i created new account on private window, followed my self, log out and still seeing following
can you test it aswell? and tell me if its all cool, my ig is cutapig

Then, others can follow you, that is not the problem.
The question to ask now, is why aren't others following you.

any idea why? i feel something changed since i used engagement group
does ig algorithm can detect that the most of the likes coming from out sider source to instagram? (like a link)
and those likers arent liked the post inside the instagram, they instantly come from te outside so
the algorithm making it harder to me to clime up because he like thinks to him self that im kind of popular individual
driving engagement from out side of instagram, do you get me? is there any chance for that?

but how it has to do with the ig algorithm? you saying nothing about
the algorithm detect the liking source coming from the out side the app
 
Stop using engagement groups. No one else has this issue.

I wish that I could tell you straight out that IG not allowing some accounts to follow you was based on you being in engagement groups. IG acts very strangely and what works, or does not work, for one account may not work/not work for another account.

Being in large engagement groups has been noted by others, and myself, here on BHW; as negatively affecting your IG account. The not being able to follow you could be based on being in engagement groups. I see no other reason.
