it's DAMN hard for me to find a profitable and less competive niche keyword!!! any tips are appreciated!

My biggest tip is not to allow the work required become a reason to be discouraged. Take it on as a challenge. Step up to the challenge and find that "Diamond in the rough".

Best of luck.

Unless you are talking about weight loss, insurance, make money online etc. you can pretty much take on any niche and rank in 4 weeks with good SEO.

If you are thinking of throwing a website and ranking for it and getting lots of traffic without any SEO... well those days are gone.

Firstly though you need good keyword research using a tool like Market Samurai. You can find lots of long tail keywords that are with very low levels of competition in most niches with good keyword research.

Secondly, good content that is unique. Don't expect to scrape content and then rank better than the original source.

Thirdly, you need to do SEO using tools like SENuke or something similar.

If not SEO then check out other options like Twitter, PPC, PPV, Facebook, etc.

Get MNF, it will speed up the process. And in-spite of what people say, it is impossible that all profitable micro niches have already been taken.

I agree with the last poster. They are not all taken. Depending on what you're doing, don't be afraid to test foreign language sites. Much less competition. Translate your content, and it should be much easier to rank.

Does MNF do Spanish yet? :)

Echoing what the previous two posters have said. Get MNF to find those untapped markets and if you want to, use MS to confirm the competition levels.

I do have MNF,but what confuses me recently is I just doubt the SOC is not reliable. I find some niche keywords which MNF shows green light but after I search in Google,I cant believe that as the keywords are all very hot obviously...any tips?

I disagree. You can outrank the original source with duplicate content with good SEO. Did so many times.
