I'm New To SEO, need some help!

Alright so i just started making a couple of websites for adsense, i've got them up and running but now i need to bring in the most important aspect, SEO.

Now i know whats needed but i don't exactly know how to do it :/

1. Backlinks

I know what backlinks are and i even know where to buy them but i think it would be better if i knew how to make themself. How would i begin to work on this? Any tips? Please help

2. Social Bookmarking

same thing like backlinks, i dont really know how to implent this

there are a lot more things im going to do but i think itd be best if i learned how to do this first

Buy them from Backlink suppliers, Do Guest Posting, Get in contact with someone who owns a private blog network, do Press Releases, Article Marketing, Build viral content, scrapebox, xrumer, fiverr.
