I have some pretty big pages and I'd like to earn money from them like all of you. But, before signing-in to [cpathing] they ask me for a company name and a website. I don't have any website or a company. What should I provide ?
And I'm not an U.S. resident, what exactly is W8 tax form ? If anyone explain me how I can get through all steps in [cpathing], it will be much appreciated. Thanks!
