I'm new. Someone whose been here answer this for me please.

Okay, I'm scrolling through this forum I just stumbled across this place an I am not sure if this is a beautiful find or just bunch of spam by people trying to rip you off an make a quick cent. Is the majority of the posts here legit? I know of course not all of them, but like is this a reliable place to be looking for information about how to make money? I know this question doesn't really make much sense. I'm hoping you guys know what I am trying to ask here. lol
