I don't know wtf you're talking about, but you can sell stuff here as long as you upgrade to Jr.Vip.

We have several memberships available for such a thing.

Jr. VIP. Which has requirements including 60 days since joining the forum and 100 quality messaged posted, not spammed.

Marketplace Seller, is for if you'd like to submit a marketplace thread but don't meet the requirements of Jr. VIP.

Once upgraded, you would need to submit a thread selling your software in the marketplace section for approval.
